Piano repairs, I can replace strings, (bass strings are individually made by hand and are a bespoke order) repair broken hammer-shanks, missing ivory key tops and most damaged mechanical parts. 

I carry a substantial tool-set and a large collection of new and vintage parts plus materials to avoid repeat visits if possible.

Chipped ivories? I specialise in repairs to chipped ivory key tops. In most cases I am able to make the repair almost invisible. This work has to be carried out in the workshop.

I can carry out most repairs to your piano in your home. The most common problems are sticking notes, notes not working at all, pedals not working fully, rattles and vibrations.
